Ingredients
Glucomannan (amorphallus konjac) powder 44%; gelatin; psyllium seeds (plantago psyllium) powder 16%; lemon fiber (citrus limonum) 14%; fruit oligosaccharides 6%; anti-caking agent (magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide).

Method of use
We recommend taking 2 capsules 3 times a day, half an hour before meals. The recommended dosage refers to an adult subject of average build and weight. Any changes can be evaluated by the specialist.
